The Denver Post, Colorado regulators fine lyft more than $200,000 dollars for using a driver,with Serious Felonies, Move follows larger fines against competitor Uber?
The Lyft driver worked for them for over a year, the actual fine was $448,750 but was cut in half,when Lyft admitted the violation & agreed to pay the fine w'in 10 days? The lyft driver had a robbery & a prison escape on his record in other states? Just before Thanksgiving Colorado regulators slapped Uber with a $8.9 million penalty for allowing 57 people with criminal records or MV offenses to drive for the co? JMO
