That's what she said!

Any native speakers than can translate this?

Uber rewards the driver with hidden rules. If your itinerary is less than 2,500, you will receive a $500 bonus as long as you work long hours, so only drivers with bad reputation can get less than 2,500 itineraries. This is what Uber employees told me. I would like to inform you that if you are a driver or delivery partner with a valid account, you are eligible for the following: If you complete at least 2,500 rides/delivery on April 7, 2019 and complete at least one trip between January 1, 2019 and April 7, 2019, you will be charged $100. If you complete at least 5,000 rides/delivery on April 7, 2019 and complete at least one trip between January 1, 2019 and April 7, 2019, you will be charged $500. If you have completed at least 10,000 rides/delivery by April 7, 2019 and have completed at least one trip between January 1, 2019 and April 7, 2019, you will be charged $1,000. If you have completed at least 20,000 rides/delivery on April 7, 2019 and have completed at least one trip between January 1, 2019 and April 7, 2019, you will be charged $10,000. If you are not in good standing, you may not be eligible for a reward. Seeing the end, if your reputation is good, then the above rules are not valid for you. You can still get rewards for less than 2,500 trips.

Guess I should have quoted the original post before OP edited it out. Oh well for those wondering it was typed in what looked like Chinese characters.
