worried Uber will kick me out

Guys,

I started just over a week ago and my Uber rating goes up and down but mainly down. I am currently on 4.58.

I do everything to make customers happy. I smell nice my car is clean I give water bottles etc.

Will Uber close my account?

Once u have done a few trips ur rating will even out, u will never get deactivated for bad rating ,mite get deactivated for doing something dangerous tho and if a pax reports u.

Gave my friend same advice work nights but didn't listen he only lasted to weeks his rating was 4.01 his knowledge of London was poor. It's best to start working local if u are not familiar with the roads in london

I think u guys are right. I do rely on waze a lot.

I will stick to nights for now and see how it goes.

Yea if pax complains , but if they don't complain and just give bad rating then it's nothing . Plus it's only a week and 4.58 is not so so bad.

He must of had some serious complaints cos normally if it's cos of low rating they normally ask u to come in for a training session and then ur back out there, after that if the ratings don't increase u either get deactivated or training again ', also if new they would look at the low ratings for a few weeks first before they say anything , so for him to be deactivated after 2 weeks must of been serious .
Anyway does he want to work for uber still ?
