Windshield wipers only work on high speed, any ideas?

The intermittent speed doesn’t work and the second highest speed sometimes works.

The car is a 2015 Subaru Forester.

I know I will have to take the car to the shop eventually, but I’d like to get some suggestions beforehand. Thanks.

Most likely it's a switch. Disassemble it, clean and check contacts. Or replace

Driver faster when it rains to increase the number of rain droplets hitting the windshield. That should balance things out.

If it were a fuse wipers wouldn't work at all, also something else wouldn't work because one fuse usually control several devices like that.
