Why Uber will not go to High Court

They will appeal to TFL, lose appeal, but that`s where it will stop. Its finita la comedia for Uber in London. Why? Because if they go to High Court, they will have to put all cards on the table - reveal way too much commercially sensitive information, number and details about their business. They will not want to do it, because it might jeopardise their operations in other countries. They cannot afford that risk. Rather lose just one country.

Its finished. They will be around only for appeal period. TFL will be very quick to decline on appeal as well.

Good post...also...when they lose the employment appeal and have to pay holidays etc...they'll probably just leave London. By then lyft will dominate.Uber just can't compete when faced with equal regulations.
They can only compete when brainwashed slaves work for them. And what a fantastic brainwashing job they do too...just look at the brain dead on here who have posted glowing reports on here since inception.
V.quiet now though...maybe uber De-activated their brain chip.

According to New Sources - They made a Profit in London, So I think that they will go High Court!

You don't want to lose your biggest client where you're making a profit but If they leave it is good for everyone!

London is Uber's flagship in Europe and whether they let go of it easily only time will tell.
