Why old Earnings tab suddenly?

Suddenly, I've got the old style earnings tab with the daily bar graph, and a trip history that looks like this, and Uber isn't taking 45%.

This is all very confusing

Same here, why do we always feel like it's something shady it'll somehow end up costing us?

It's Ubers next phase in its yearly mind retraining. They do so much without explanation it leads one to these conclusions.

It's showing for past trips as well. Maybe Uber's transparency was rubbing people the wrong way. If we got mad at their 45-60% cut, they wouldn't be able to increase their rake.

Uber's a scam company.

I'll b surprised if boober hasn't kept any tips, I hope there's no way they could, otherwise they most likely are, I've never experienced such distrust & disregard as boober has inspired & showed me

That's why this company is truly in trouble moving forward. With all the problems Uber has that have been mentioned publicly. Driver satisfaction doesn't seem to be a priority. Hopefully Uber figures out in time that superior customer service will create long term growth! And the driver in most cases provides the majority of the customer service.

It's pretty clear that their being 'transparent' by showing what we made VS what rider paid due to upfront gouging errr pricing was causing them many issues.

Probably has something to do with lawsuits, either current or future. If we don't know exactly how badly we are being bent over the Deliverance log a la Ned Beatty, we are less likely to squeal like the pigs that we are...

My first thought when the app goes wonky is Uber incompetence, not Uber scamming (although it's been proven that they have scammed legal authorities, rival companies, partner companies like Apple, etc.)

But in this instance, I agree with those thinking that the "transparency" allowing us to see what we earn versus what the passenger pays is causing Uber problems. I've been surprised that this has not been covered more in the media, which is usually obsessed with Uber stories.

Maybe they are tweaking the newer earnings tab, and while that's in the shop, they have swapped in the old interface.

But really, who the hell knows? It's Uber after all ...

Then they have this bit of lunacy where Total Payout is not total payout since that Total Payout figure doesn't reflect the -$21.40 Fuel Charge which is listed as if it's part of the calculation, but it's not. To figure out actual "total payout," I have to do it my head.

The only positive thing I've seen since I joined boober is the fact that they aren't hiding what the pax paid so we can be aware when they totally stepped all over us, FEARLESSLY lol

I was thinking the same, there's millions of boober pilots getting screwed, but mainstream media doesn't care, news anchors get paid good from them "earning now chilling" bs comercials

The boober sex scandals that made it mainstream were not surprisingly; not the female drivers that experience them more often than none, I have met female ex boober pilots that have told me stories that frankly I'm not surprised of given that kalanick the father of modern slavery once said to his buddies to treat female boober pilots like escorts

I found it very odd that this 5 star trash kalanick was only asked about uber eats & how it worked on THE COLBERT REPORT, I'm sure this 5 star scumbag bought his way in & out of how his appearance should have gone

I think it's due to the app being changed today, which is causing a bunch of issues.

There's no point in Uber hiding rider payment info now, the cat's already out of the bag. By trying to hide it now, Uber would come off looking even worse.

Any other company maybe. When has Uber ever cared about how they look, especially concerning us?
