why is fuber bullying me daily over 8% cancel rate???

I've had issue with the app crashing and that canceling fares for me. Over the last two weeks it's happened 4 times and I keep getting texts too. Whatever uber

Was 2 cancels to 25 completed according to weblogin from laptop

Am I m is understanding something? EvenLyft doesn't mind such numbers

OP, how, exactly, are they "bullying" you?
Mildly threatening text messages

Anyway, I'm wondering if they are doing their usual aux/water/candy style nudging, or if its a real and fully serious implication that cancelling one in ten is a firing offense

PS how are they counting noshow fees, against us after all?
