what's the email for Uber support london

    Guys,

    Today appreantly I had two jobs cancelled.

    What happened was the upper app crashed so I had to restart the app.

    Since then my rating has gone down to 4.8.

    It doesn't say whether I cancelled or a customer. Can this have effected my rating.

    I need to email these bstards and tell them I didn't cancel but can't find the partner support email address.

    Please help

    They cant rate you if you havent taken them on a trip.

Passengers rate the next time they open the app. It could be any time immediatly after the ride was ended, or any point in the future, when they open the app again to request a car, which could be a few days/weeks later. So your rating going down was probably a passenger who you took a while ago, who then rated you.
