1. First of all read this forum on regular basis as we are offering free advices
2. Reduce your commission to 10%
3. Increase the fare. £1.25 per mile in London (when house rent is 3 to 4 times than majority of the other parts of the country) is disgracefully cheap.
4. When you will increase fare in line to the London standard it will bring fair competition back and will send back the chepos to public transport which will not only reduce congestion but also increase the revenue of public transport.
5. Take away the feedback only give option good or bad to the pax
6. good luck if someone interested please add your opinions

7.ban all loud music , aux etc completely so that driver should concentrate on the job.
8. When someone gets sick in the middle of the night you ask for cleaning receipt who is going to clean bloody middle of the night and give receipt. Obviously driver has to clean so compensate for afford and loss of earnings

Uber were wrong to promote availability of Aux cable, Spotify etc.

But it’s down to driver at the end of day - don’t carry aux cable and tell pax to keep their cheapo fingers off your stereo
If they start crying tell them headphones allowed:smiles:

They do pay you back for cleaning if you have receipt +compensate for lost hours/loss of earnings.
