2am-noon+ driver here & seen all kinds. Escorts, dancers, gangbangers, drug dealers, scammers, brownout/blackout drunks, partiers, boring sit & the back screwing with their phones, talkative type, & high drunks.

What's in your realm of "okay... this is happening?" We allow who gets it. CXL anytime. We all have a limit.

What do we allow & what's the limit?

General I'm okay with moderate foolishness, I've been there myself. Anything that makes me fear for my safety. I give them one chance to chill out or the ride is over. So far I've yet to actually fear for my safety, but I have pulled over and called the police over.

A year+ doing this and I think I've seen it all. Also I've being offered everything from drugs to BJ's (and I'm not talking about the store). My main rule is, DO NOT TOUCH ME. Besides that, I'm usually cool with people no matter how ignorant/stupid they might act. I also have a dash camera recording just in case things get too crazy one day.

Pax disrespected me and disrespected my vehicle. He seemed shocked when I wasn't having any of his bullshit and just told him to get out.

I'm pretty close to sit down, put your seatbelt on, STFU, and don't touch anything.

Unless it's a nice surge of course.

I allow them to sit there and act like a normal passenger. I supply them with phone chargers and aux cord. They can do whatever as long as it's not the following:

I don't allow disrespect or disorderly conduct. No smoking.
No eating.
No drinking.
No long waiting.
No more than 4 passengers.
No more luggage that can fit in my trunk. Not going in my front seats. Unless it's carry on. They go on the floor.
No pets.
No stopping.
No Bullsh*t.

LOL :smiles:

I have YET to experience any of that. Been driving a little over two months, mainly south beach and downtown miami and nothing close to that yet. The worst Ive had is a woman who before i knew it had buckled her 2 year old to my backseat during a rain storm and I felt too bad to cxl. However, I did tell her never to do that again that in this country children need a car seat until they are 5 or at least 65lbs. (I think) Either way, a child in diapers def needs to have his ass in a carseat. Other than that, I knock on wood. No drunks, no escorts, no drug dealers, scammers etc. Honestly I am thankful for it. The worst ride Ive had were these two @@@@@@ bag business men who would shut the @@@@ up about their escort in Bangkok and comparing pictures of their @@@@@s in my back seat while degrading and bashing women. I couldnt drive fast enough to get those @@@@@@@@ out of my car.

I suppose to me unacceptable would be disrespectful, disorderly, abnoxious and too drunk to hold in thier food.

What hours are you working?? Late evenings and nights you end up running into drunks, hookers, drug dealers, etc... . None of those bother me. The ones I don't like are drunk men by themselves late at night. They are usually looking for a score late night if they haven't picked up any lucky ladies to bring back home. Lol. I just simply point out the hookers on the street on their way home. Lol. :smiles:

On my VERY first day, which was the fourth of July weekend, it was a Sunday, my 2nd rider EVER, I picked up these 2 gross drunk guys in the middle of the afternoon.... They started touching my hat and teasing me, etc. etc. I was SO unbelievably uncomfortable I thought I would NEVER do this again. They didn't put in a destination, they wanted to go to a liquor store. They smoked in my car..... Absolutely hammered. I took them to Total Wine where one went in and one stayed (Smoking in my car and being a complete ass). They said they would give me cash since I didn't know how to use the rider app since they didn't put a destination and wanted me to take them back home after the liquor store. So I waited about 20 min. Proceeded to take them home. Total payout for about 45 min of sheer hell. $2.64. NO tip, either.

Happy 4th!!!!

Looking on the bright side, that was by far the worst uber experience EVER. For that reason, I do not drive @ nite. Early morning/Afternoon commute is best for me. I have a full-time job so this is supplemental. It's hilarious how surprised people are by a female driver. Ha.

But Uber on!! The bf thinks I should have a gun.

Jae,
When you use your car as livery (Uber) you are exempt from Florida child restraint law.
