You seem to love Chinese food. Too much cholesterol.
Eat salad as well. Balance your meal
Don't let the avatar fool you, I'm in excellent shape and my blood work is near perfect. I boil a lot of chicken and potatoes and when on sale at Ralph's, steak and home fries.

I cook for my girlfriend every day. Her dinner and lunch
My cooking style is based on Italian, but I usually cook Korean cuisine for her.
I'm more southern style in cooking. A sack load of russet potatoes from Ralph's is like $2.99, and then I just load up on chicken when it's on sale for $.89/lb. I either eat the potatoes straight boiled with sea salt, cumin, and cayenne pepper, or pan fry after boiling for 10 min. I like my rice mushy, so I'll overuse water and cook with olive oil, cayenne and turmeric.

If I cook a fancy dish, i can eat it 5 meals in a row. My current schedule has been wake up at girl I'm dating house at 7am, drink coffee and smoke on patio until surge >2.0. Drive until surge is gone or I'm close to home. Cook enough food for two meals. Eat lunch, nap, gym, eat early dinner, drive 6pm-10pm. Sleep at girls house. Repeat.

No. She lives with her sister and her husband. The husband is a chef, haha. Plus, she lives in Venice and works in Culver City. Carson really doesn't have much to offer her, so she literally has been to my place only once since we started dating.
