They keep fooling themselves trying to fool us.
Aren't you also tired of the same generic BS replies.
Like when you change rating or address an issue, and besides getting back to you with a generic email, on top they send also a notification with something like: " we resolved the issue with your bla bla bla bla".
Resolved what? You dickwads!!!.
It doesn't prove they've resolved shit.
All it does is saying in other words they've received my claim (saving collected data), and they're topping it with "resolved".
I cant believe a 60BDollar company don't have the decency to admit what is they suck at.
