before I put my audio and video stickers up I received a complaint from both Lyft and Uber that I had to inform the riders I was using audio and video.
Thanks all, I put up the notices, and sure enough it generated a convo.
I like to position it as, I announce it because I think passengers deserve to know.
If you cancel after 5 minutes for, "other" do we still get our cancellation fee? With miles?
