Hi All,
I have XL vehicle and driving in Sacramento, but it is not requested as XL, but just X. Also the rider Uber App does not locate my car as XL as I turn on the driver and rider Apps same time.
I contacted Uber Help and after switching emails with them 3 times, they say that my vehicle is active for XL, but it is X only though I changed my location all over towns in Sacramento area. I decided not to drive.
Do you know Uber Sacramento email?
Any XL drivers in Sacrameto has such issue to help...
