A Philadelphia UberX driver has been charged for raping one of his passengers back in June and today new details surfaced about the case.

Abdellah Elkaddi, 46, picked up his victim just after 11 p.m. Wednesday, June 10th when he was asked to Uber her to her car which was parked at a train station in Norristown.

According to a criminal complaint filed by the West Norristown Police Department, when they got to the train station, the woman’s car was not there. Her first assumption was that police towed her car so she asked for him to take her to the police station to further investigate.

It was captured on surveillance video that Elkaddi followed her into the station. 20 minutes had passed and the woman had no answers regarding her car so she made another request to just be driven to her home.

Here’s where things started to get weird. The woman told police that she must have fallen asleep during her ride home because when she awoke, the car was parked and Elkaddi was touching her genitals and breast. She also alleged that Elkaddi then pulled down his pants and forcibly penetrated her as she screamed, “Get off me! What are you doing? Get off of me!” Eventually he stopped and told her he would take her home.

The reports further indicate that as he drove, she recognized where she was and directed him to a location which ended up being the West Norriton Police Department, again. When they arrived, she said he asked to drive her home for real this time instead, but she demanded to get out of his car.

Records show that she gave her statement to police around 1 a.m.

Upon an investigation, authorities learned thedrivers full name, address, and license plate number.

He has been arrested and charged with rape and sexual assault, among other allegedoffenses. He is now in Montgomery CountyPrison in lieu of $1 million bail.

There is a a preliminary hearing sch
