UberPool... Missing riders/fare


Anyone else getting this discrepancy. I get a generic email from support. They are aware of the problem and asked me to give it 48 hours.

I always check right after each trip to see how much I made on that trip. Usually it takes a couple of minutes. Once in a long while, it can take up to 15 minutes. Only about twice (out of over 2,000 trips) it took a few hours. Not that bad I would say.
