UberEATS Ping Cancelled By Customer/Resto Before Pickup

Its happened twice now... I drive to the restaurant and as I'm walking up to the door, *poof* the ping says the order was cancelled by the customer. App shows $0.00 trip.

Is there a way to claim $ for this through support, similar to how one goes about claiming $5 for execessive wait?

ok, I have had the same issue. I asked the resteraunt and they said they see no order and I accept the delivery and call the customer and they advised it has not been cancelled. it maybe similar but always accept and comets if it has been cancelled so you get paid. Then call support or email them the order number, resteraunt and location and let them what happened. This way ratings are not affected and you were paid for your time. done!

I think next time I'll select the $0.00 trip, hit help, hit issue with delivery and then hit incorrectly paid for this delivery and see where that leads me. With tracking by GPS, they should see I drove all the way to the restaurant for nothing.
