Most likely Uber’s $500 an hour lawyers are actively looking for that idiot who sent the original tweet. I bet it will be the most expensive trolling in history.

I've had Uber's name pronunciation use that word before when picking up a passenger.

The pax's name was Naigar and was a middle eastern lady.

I laughed my ass off when it pronounced her name through my ear piece.

They wont a have a leg to stand on in court. They will be chided for their customer service that sent the reply as it is easy to filter out words.

From what I understand the person had changed their screen name to the offensive word, made the post and then the bot responded by inserting the name in. Then once it hit he changed it back, developing story :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:
