Uber Support Experiencing 'Technical Diffuculties'

I've been on hold with Uber Support for over 30 minutes now to complain about my "Ride From Hell". I first called six hours ago and got the same disclaimer, informing me to expect long wait times. Then, I hung up and continued driving.

I will hold for Rohit until I have to go to sleep.

This was the absolute worst ride in my 5900 rides over one year and seven months..

It involves physical child abuse (I will post the story soon in another thread). I am literally kicking myself for not calling the police on this so-called mother. I will tomorrow since I remember her public housing address.

Rohit's sister finally answered and transferred me to a Real American who was with the "Safety Team." Her English was much better, but she was equally useless.
