I had two incidents like this today. Request sent out at 5:24 a.m., I accepted and I arrived one minute later. Pick up time: 5:45 a.m. I called the rider and explained I would no-show in 5 minutes. He was kind enough to cancel. Second time, the rider actually came to the car and I explained there must be a glitch. He jumped in and we went the .25 miles to his destination.
