uber phone support really this bad or is it just me being negative

so far i called one time, the guy tells me to sign out of the app, and it took like 3 days for me to get back online!
today i call
the girl hung up on me!
the next girl put me on hold, and i wait way past twp minutes
so i hung up!

why even have this?

am i right ...or is it just me?

Had the same happen to me. Uber had a miscalculation on a call. I tried to take care of it threw the app,no good.i called Uber support and the woman at support just kept hanging up on me. Finally had to go to greenlight hub.
