I'm assuming you mean this? Yeah it's a crock of shyt like everything else they do... I like the fact it went into effect on the 12th and I received notification on the 14th... Ummm UBER FAIL. Read about half of it before getting mad and just closing it.... Basically says... Hey thx for your info. We will do whatever the hell we want with it.. and oh yeah deal with it...

OMG I don't even know they were doing this shit! I make it a habit to not read anything they send me cause it is going to be something that is going to piss me off (like this) or a flat out lie! What I don't get is why people continue to rely on goober as their sole source of income? How many times do they got to be screwed over, lied to, and treated like shit before they learn that this is a desperate side gig only? I

great info, never knew we could delete our account

i wonder if we can delete our account and re-sign up after 30 says and then opt-out of arbitration

They basically said: Hey, while we're stealing from your fares, we're going to go ahead and sell your private information.
Except for the part where it specifically says they don't sell your information to 3rd parties. Like, literally says they don't so, yeah, you should read it more thoroughly.

I like the fact that the change was made on the 12th ...
But doesn't go into effect until DECEMBER 12th.
Another example of people that don't read so well.
