Uber/Lyft rationing the ping to selective Drivers

We better break out our tin foil hats for this one.

Rofl, I think it's foolish to think they wouldn't. It's in their interest to do so. If two drivers are equidistant from rider, who would they give the ping to first? A driver with 4.2 rating or one with a 4.9 rating?

It's a matter of simply adding a few if than statements to their code.

I've seen them manipulate surge to their advantage. I wouldn't put it past them
