Uber for truckers

Forget this back and forth shuttle between the airport and downtown and block to block transport of human (and sometimes animal) passengers... I'm going with the long haul, state to state material transport. I could make $1000 a trip. And they finance the tractor trailers!

I've had a CDL and a TWIC card for 22 years. I keep them current in case opportunity knocks on my door. Although this isn't actually uber doing it, rather a company like uber.

My ex was a trucker, he use to clear $2500-$3000 a week, it's a good business. Since knowing him & learning about the ins and outs of the business & how there will always be a need, I would love to own a few of those trailers myself one day
