What do you think we as a driver should do to stop the law to pursue us for being Uber drivers?
We in Montreal have a lot of situation with the taxi inspectors, they stop you and tow your car with a 1000$ CAN ticket fee.
But thanks to Uber they pay and arrange everything for you. It should stop and be legal like in almost all the cities.

Answer
What city are you in? Do you have any situation with the law?

Basically, the full time drivers (be they rideshare, or taxis, or limos) want regulations. The part time drivers don't want regulations. The Canadian cities are taking the right approach imo.
