I worked my ass off on Sunday just so I can get my Guarantee, I worked over 7 hours at least 4 of the hours I got over 1.5 rides per hour. Uber only paid me for the fares on Sunday with no added Guarantee!!!

Here's all my rides for the day. Please tell me if I'm calculating it wrong?

So if the first 4 hours I got over 1.5 rides and the last 3 hours I didn't it voids the first 4 hours of driving? Some hours I got 4 rides, some i got 1, 1 hour I got zero. I've always been paid in the past for the hours I averaged 1.5 hours. I had 4 hours where I averaged 2 rides.

You need to get 1.5 rides over all 7 hours.

What time was Hourly valid? (i.e. 10:00 am to 10:00 pm)

Read the fine print, usually the ride needs to be completed during the incentive period. And it starts when you login, not when you first pickup a rider.

Your last ride ended at 8:23 pm.
Your first ride started at 12:41 pm.
11 rides needed to be completed in 7 hours and 20 minutes.

That means you needed to complete your 11th ride by 8:01 (assuming your first ride came when you first logged in).

Congrats - You've been ScrUbered by the fine print and possible ping prioritization shenanigans.

Yes 10am to 10pm so I was in the valid time period. I got an email from Uber saying they havent finished calculating my guarantee and they said deposits are on Thursday. The fact is I already got my direct deposit without my guarantee added today!

But you still did 11 rides in 7 hours and 42 minutes.

You did not achieve the 1.5 rides per hour.

So if i stopped driving an hour earlier i would have got the guarantee?

I don't think the guarantee is fare. It almost seems like the longer you work the more it goes against you or it's more of a chance you wont meet the requirements because you know you will have a couple slow hours. There guarantee is hardly a guarantee. I wish I can have the hourly guarantees turned off so I can get more ride requests. I get allot more ride requests when I have no guarantees anyone else notice this?

You never recovered from the 90 minute dead time between 2:30 and 4:00. Your were behind on your count. You needed to get one more matched pool ride to get you ahead.

The hourly guarantee is very fair; the problem is that you have no clue what you are doing. Live and learn.

A lot of good threads on this forum about hourly guarantee. Go over them a couple of times and this won't happen again.

every hour you work on the guarantee block needs to be covered by the 1.5 trips an hour and 80% acceptance rate

so if you had 11 rides in 7 hours and decided to work 20 more mins and got 0 rides you are now behind in your ride count
you have to plan out a strategy for the hours you choose to chase if you meet the quota for 8 hours then decide to work 2 more hours and cant meet it

all your earlier work is gone for nothing its kinda like gambling
