Please. Uber is losing 3 billion a year. It's drivers are earning half the minimum wage and generally stop driving after a month and

Get back to me when things turn.

Could also add cab drivers are earning more this year than last but that might just be everyone I know.

My view only, Full time driving Cabby still the best way to go. Want to drive whenever the urge strikes you Uber is great. I honestly believe both can co exist and I do believe Uber cars should be checked more often than once a year.

To assist ride-share platforms and drivers the State Government has reduced the cost of driver accreditation and operator accreditation. They Have changed regulations and introduced new regualtions to allow for ride share drivers and booking services. Uber seem to refuse to be a part of a regulated system.

The cost of being an accredited booking service is around $946 a year. So why do you suggest the government suck it up?
