Uber App update issue

    My phone downloaded the latest version of the app and now i cant get online it says "Update Device Settings" My galaxy s 7 is fully up to date, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Has this happened to anyone else? Also location settings are correct

  4. No. I was kidding. Check your settings, make sure your Developer Options are turned off

    Did you get this build of the app from the official play store? If not it may be a modified build and they don't allow that.

    Note that after you see that message you won't be able to go online on any device with your account for about 20 mins. So even if you fiddle soemthing to try to fix it it won't work right away.

    Also, a rooted device is probably be a reason for that message.

    My Uber navigation has a British accent now. When I went to be last night it was the regular woman's voice.
