Trade Dress required in Boston?

What is that SSIA? An acronym?

No, I don't believe trade dress is required for any rideshare in Boston.

But isn't it being debated in the current rideshare negotiations?

It seems to be a big fine in some markets if caught without it.

According to the Urban Dictionary, SSIA means "subject says it all." I hadn't heard anything regarding a dress code. Seems like it wouldn't be consistent with us as independent contractors, and I would be shocked if that was ever required.

Trade dress is the Uber or Lyft Sticker in the window.

Why African - American?
What of white dudes driving for Uber without shirts on because their cars don't have serviceable AC?
