NO SMOKING / NO FOOD/ NO DRINK

I want to place No food/drink stickers inside my car. I was about to design and print myself a little ones just for back side windows but found this:
https://www.datacars.com/no-smoking-stickers/

What is an actual legal requirement? Are 70mm no smoking stickers a must?
Do they still giving them for free at the inspection?
Where do you place them?

ROUNDELS (Vehicle Badge)

Will they damage back glass heating when removed? (If I decide to stop being PH)
Can I stick a transparent PVC foil in place where roundels are going to protect windows tint and heating?
and finally

Will they issue the vehicle licence on the day of inspection or there will be waiting time? How long?

RED ROUTE SIGNAGE

I just found an article about Red Route Signage (exemption for PH)
http://pco-license.com/get-a-free-license-to-stop-on-red-routes/
and here: http://pco-licencelondon.com/vehicle-licencing-faqs/

Red Routes
My vehicle has passed the licensing inspection; can I stop to pick up or set down passengers?

Yes, but only if your vehicle has the private hire red route signage displayed correctly on the front and rear windscreen of your vehicle.

The signage is provided free by LTPH and all licensed private hire operators can apply for this. The additional signage must not be displayed on unlicensed vehicles or on vehicles for which an exemption from displaying licence discs has been granted, and therefore the drivers of such vehicles will not have the red route exemption. This signage does not replace the private hire vehicle licence disc – vehicles must continue to display both licence discs in addition to the new signs.
They say it's free but the only way to obtain it is through your operator. Did any of you use it? Will uber provide them?

Thanks.

Peace out!

No point in removing roundels etc man. It won't damage the tints. And of course once it has passed they will immediately issue you with licence for vehicle....if it has passed....

Do I need them for first inspection or they are still giving them for free there?

Few questions about roundels:
Are they easy to remove? Will they damage back glass heating when removed?
Can I stick a transparent PVC foil in place where roundels are going to protect windows tint and heating?
and finally will they issue the vehicle licence on the day of inspection or there will be waiting time? How long?
