Most of the only people they get to do these anymore are the newbies they pay out the nose for with bonuses and incentives.

Start talking to some new hires and ask to see what kinds of bonuses and boost zones they’re getting. It’s totally different for them. But after a month it all goes away and a month after that they begin to get suspicious. Another month and they realize they’ve been played and most quit.
