Guys,

Today a picked up a passenger outside liverpool st station.

I was in a bus lane. Would I get a ticket considering it was Sunday?

PHVs can also cross bus lanes to gain access to the kerbside to pick up or drop off passengers, but must leave the bus lane straight away. Just don't stop on zigzags or red route with single wide red line

Also, get red route vehicle sticker and read this if you're working where there's a lot of red routes https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/17411/response/72068/attach/14/PHV and the red route Driver Guidelines.pdf
All this time I didn't realise we can stop on double red lines for drop and pick up.

You have to display that ugly white sticker though. Also is the red route exemption signage different?

That ugly white sticker is the red route exemption signage. I have laminated mine and stick it from inside using sellotape so I can take it off when socialising.

Where do you get these stickers?
I got 2 of them when I got my car inspected...

Still haven't put them on as they are ugly...

Will have to figure out a way to mount them in a removable way...

Are these normally on outside / exterior surface of glass as they get a bit tatty over time?

I guess with tinted windows they gotta be on outside but front windshield could be inside?

Too ugly to put them on my car.

Three point turning?..:smiles: clean licence is overated. You wait 4yrs and have it removed for a fee to DVLA.

Correction: since June 2015, no need to pay fee. Points fall off licences after 4yrs.
