Sticker

I decided to try ridershare with Lyft, and my background was approved. Should I wait for my sticker or decal to drive? Or just print one offline? There isn’t a Lyft office near me, so I can’t pick one up.

What does lyft policy says?

Lyft says to print a temporary one online, but was wondering if I even needed that.

But after the fake Uber driver killing in SC, I’m sure some pax may be nervous without seeing any decal since not every pax may verify my license plate.

If you want to display a decal on your vehicle, then print one. I think that's what Lyft even says in their instructions when you start. Some cities/areas/airports etc. require you to display it, some don't.

For pax, however, the best thing to do is to match license plate/vehicle/driver picture to be absolutely sure they are getting into the correct one. Anybody can buy Lyft/Uber stuff from Ebay, Amazon etc. or print them themselves.
