Gubment cheese is a waiting game. God forbid they take a cab or limo for market price.

If govement simply regulated industry as they’re supposed to no cheese would be needed.

Ensure living wages and people need less assistance. Crazy how that works.

Last night LAX rideshare southwest 200 people in line waiting for their ration

Thank you Garcetti , Obama & Brown

That’s not socialism.

I really wish people would read the books these ideas came from.

I doubt any of you even know who minted the term “capitalism.” Hint: it wasn’t capitalists. Ironies abound.

Can you regulate everyone into being employed at a "living wage"? No more government cheese would ever be needed

Yes, actually. It’s being done in numerous countries. When all the jobs are filled you allow the unlucky few to subsist until jobs can be found or created for them.

We created civilization for a reason. You need to figure that out.

If an ant is so dumb they will wait in a 200+ line how does that have anything to do with the Democrats?

Except an ant so dumb probably votes Democrat

Is that the connection?

I was playing the usual blame game

No actual meaning behind what I said

Don't worry, government will fix it all for us.

On February 12, 2019, Governor Gavin Newsom in his first State of the State address announced that, while work would continue on the 171-mile (275 km)[9] Central Valley segment from Bakersfield to Merced, the rest of the system would be indefinitely postponed, citing cost overruns and delays.[10] Project costs have escalated significantly from an initial estimate of $33.6 billion in 2008[11] for the Anaheim to San Francisco section according to the 2008 business plan, and a $40 billion total figure given to voters whose approval was sought in 2008.[12][13] The 2008 business plan proposed a 2028 completion date for Phase 1 and a one-way fare of $55 from Los Angeles to San Francisco.[14] In 2012 the Authority re-estimated the project's cost at $53.4 billion (2011$) or $68.4 billion (YOE)[15] In 2018 the Authority pushed estimated costs to between $63.2 billion and $98.1 billion (YOE) and delayed initial service to 2029, with Los Angeles to San Francisco service in 2033.[16][17][18] However, environment reviews for the entire San Francisco to Anaheim route would continue.[19][20] The cost for Bakersfield to Merced is $10.6 billion.[21] The project has recently obtained $600 million in funding.
