SAN bubble surge

Anyone else start to notice the bubble surge that surrounds the airport, but doesn’t include where the actual surge is being created from?

I’ve noticed this going on for about the past week and it seems like they’re trying to do this to decrease prices and our earnings for the airport pick ups which is where all the rides are originating from.

Just came to say that I have noticed it too, it seems to surge on the Western side of the airport just before the airport itself actually surges. ( I couldn't say if it does that all the time though,I don't pay attention all the time) . But as for the reasoning behind it, I have no idea

Liberty Station will surge more frequently then most places. When the queue is low you will see Libert Station area surge. I dont think it has anything to do with the airport.
