Rider feedback feedback?

    Ok,

    Got a professionalism report. I think I know who it is seeing as I'm only doing a hand full of trips a week to and from work.

    I believe it's one of my regulars for reasons I prefer to not discuss now but my hunch could be right.

    What's the point of feedback unless it's actually properly expressed?

    I can't seem to find a way to contact Uber regarding questioning the report.

    My rating has taken a hit as well, looks like they 1 starred me.

    I'm always professional and can't fault my last several trips.

    I guess it could be from weeks ago but doubt it???

    Just peeves me off. Had a pax last night that baulked when I asked her to wear her belt, then balked when I dropped her off on a side street that was far safer and a bit more legal than directly in front of Newtown Station...

    Anyway, I sent a msg via the 'change rating' option. See what happens.

    Now my 5 star ratings has dropped one number as well... Nothing yet from Uber.

    And now it's back up to what it was??? Go figure.

    These feedbacks or reports pax give us is rubbish. I dont find the need and necessity for it.
    Just because that 1 trip navigation failed it doesnt mean that our knowledge based on navigation needs improving or to be looked at. Its just a simple human error. Ubers Idea.
    It just makes the drivers feel bad and stress out thinking "Ive done nothing wrong why do i deserve these kind of treatment from dumb pax?"

    Still cant see how t change a pax rating after the ride is over.

    Go to your trip history, select the trip
    Go to help
    Select issue with rider
    Option to rerate rider rating

    Smooth driving, star rating, professional report,... those are Uber's tactics to pull your eyes away from the earnings. Get over it and just disregard them all.
    After all, earnings are the reason why we are driving and the number we should focus on.
