Ride jackers (FYI)

Since ASU students have come back, I've noticed an increase of people trying scam their way into someone else's fares by falsely claiming they are the rider. Especially where multiple cabs/ Uber/ Lyft are present waiting for pax.

Make sure you're asking the right question(s) without mentioning the rider's name before you let anyone in your car. Like "what's the driver's name?". It saves the trouble of finding out you picked up the wrong passenger and losing out on a fare.

It's simple, as what their name is. Only once have I happened to pick up the wrong person with the same name. "Stephanie" is pretty common
