Can you please tell me if I am losing money when riders refuse to enter a destination and want to direct me? If I put in the destination when I arrive don't I lose the time in vehicle ?

    No you're not losing money.
Everything between start trip and end trip counts. Doesn't matter if destination is entered.

You're paid per minute (clock starts) and miles traveled (GPS tracking) from begin trip to end

You won't lose money, but sometimes non entered destinations will cause Software app-errors. This may result in a mispay and more hassle for you to watch for.

You're only losing money if your app is on.
