Why does my app still show primetime? I thought they took it away and replaced it with dollar amount?

I haven't driven for almost three weeks and thought it was completely gone. Seems like they're slowly phasing it out.

I only drove $1,100 worth in 2018 on Lyft. From what I saw in Seattle, it was the regular drivers who got cut first.
