Mostly whoever replaces Uber. Uber operates while the appeal prosses is exhausted this allows someone like Lyft as an example to become established.
Uber is not about not a position to spend big money fighting off competition with the appeal likely to fail according to bookmakers who are a pretty good guide as a rule.

London is easy pickings for Lyft. Uber has spent billions of dollars creating a market and is going to hand it over to someone else for nothing. This will be the biggest win in the history of wins.

Judging by the popularity (or lack of) UberPool, do you really think drivers would want to drive for Lyft to earn less money than they earned working for Uber ?

Drivers work for nothing. Uber itself is proof of that. There are other companies apps are a dime a dozen I was just using Lyft as an example. That said Lyft along with Taxify once they sort themselves out are best examples because they the most likely to spend big money needed to become established. Uber is in no position to spend the money required to fight them off.

The odds are for appeal not the court case.
