Please tell the NIGHTMARE stories your passengers tell you about other drivers

My wife and I ubered downtown a couple of weeks ago. The driver asked if he could stop for gas. We were in a crap neighborhood, non the less he did not know how or where to put gas in nor did he know how to use the gas pump. I had to help him. We all was said and done , I asked “how did you get gas in it the last time?” He said “I have very nice passengers like you that always help me”. ?

What in the holy f-ing hell???

What noob driver runs out of gas during a ride or requires a pax to fill up their tank.

I had picked up a couple of dudes earlier this year in the old first ward, told me that the previous weekend they got picked up by a chick driver who was new to driving. They were headed to Chippawa so she got onto the 190 from Hamburg Street, she missed the Niagara Street exit and decided to get off at the next one. (Guys from the 716 know where this is going...) The Next Exit splits in half...one side takes you to Niagara Street....the other side takes you to Fort Erie....Ontario.

They went over the border, didnt have passports so they got pulled over by canadian customs. Customs searched the car and pulled out her bowl and small bag of weed out of the glovebox. 2.5 hours of explaining to customs before they got sent back. Then they had to explain to US customs what happened and that took another hour.

Needless to say, I see tons of these morons out....pulling U turns in the middle of Chippawa and Allen Streets, stopping in the middle of the road so they can wait for pax instead of pulling over, over loading cars, smoking with pax in car.....and we have to deal with the shits.

That driver probably started off by having the pax drive as well as filling up, while he learned the operation of the assorted and complicated controls.

Anyone take the Lyft mandatory training? Have to watch some videos by mid December. One is a reminder that:

- No touching or offering sex
- No sex talk
- No porn.

There must be some really poorly adjusted drivers out there....

So last Saturday Night, I had a pickup off of Campus Drive near Medaille College, a group of kids going to Steer. Most of the kids were inside and they were waiting on one more, one person gets out and starts screaming at the last person to hurry up.

Now, the next part I didnt know had happened until after said last person arrived.

This idiot jumps in, muddy sneakers in hand, says he was running to car, got both sneakers stuck in mud, pulled them out of mud and ran to car. At this point, I turn around, just in time to watch this punk upend his sneakers, dumping muddy water all over my middle row seats. The girl who ordered the ride was instantly crying about getting charged a cleaning fee and I was screaming for them to get the F out.

Dude has mud everywhere. He got it on the back of both front seats, all over my middle row seat, all over my floor mats and some on my floor carpet.

Uber only paid a $40 cleaning fee and my night was shut down. That kid almost ate the business end of a mag light.

Brutal! Sucks when one passenger can shut you down for the whole night. I’ve had to shut down from smelly passengers
