Phantom Ping

So, Ive been chasing the bonus the last few weeks going into sunday only needing a few rides.

Get the message that I missed a request and it takes me down to an 88% this has has happened Sundays now.

Can I have another glass of Kool Aid please.

Your only recourse to fix this is to send an e-mail to Lyft Support. I fell to 87% once and they granted a "one time exception" that enabled my bonus. Can't hurt to try! Good luck.

Or have another account ping and cancel you multiple times. If Lyft's going to play this game of not showing us all the info on trip requests, I think this is fair game for drivers.
