For the past 3 months I’ve had to open a support ticket at the end of every day for all the trips that qualified for boost. When I get the ping it does not say that it is boosted. But the trips are all boost eligible and during boost hours. I’ve been able to successfully be paid for the boost by opening a ticket for each trip. Lately support is just closing some of the tickets without a response. What god awful support. I’ve brought it to the attention of support probably 20 times that I’ve never received boost the correct way and that my account needs to be looked. They always say oh yeah it’s a known issue that we are working on. I’ve tweeted to support and I’ve opened up tickets. I don’t know what else to do at this point. It’s being annoying and shady business practices.
