No trip showing up can't cash out

My last five rides have not shown up in the app, and I can't cash out. I'm getting that same message from Uber we got over the summer when we didn't get paid for 3 or 4 days. Anyone else having this problem? I restarted my phone and I've logged out and logged back in still no way to cash out.

Me two, been happening all day. Every 45 min or so I get an updated trip
They never seem to have a problem collecting the money from passengers and they never seem to have problem paying us on slow days. This crap always happens on a Friday or Saturday, I'm getting tired of it. So not only do we have our pay cut this week now we can't even get paid the measly wage were getting. I switched over to lyft I'm all done with Uber for the day.
