No surge downtown Tulsa Friday, 2/17.....

.....how often does that happen on a Fri/Sat night? First I've experienced in my short tenure.

Only surge I saw on the map at bar close was in Broken Arrow.

Due to the large number of drivers willing to drive at those hours for .65 cents a mile, surge is disappearing or only lasts for a few minutes. Even when it does surge for a while, if you get a good ride by the time you get back it's gone.
