Didn't you know that these temporary incentives are just good till they last. You should be happy for these extra earning potential that you're being offered for your efforts. We eagerly signed up for Uber to drive at base rates , whatever they might be. We are willingly bending over and sometimes there ain't enuff lube for all.

I think his point was that everyone who signed up to drive for Uber must enjoy being bent over or they wouldn't have signed up to drive for Uber, so what's the big deal about a little more bending?

Sounds like you enjoy being bent over. My main question was if anyone got the boosts this week?
Yes I'm on all 4's since the time I signed up for Uber and almost every single rider asks me how I like it. Now to answer your main question, I didn't receive any incentives or boosts and will be driving for food this week. :frown:

No boost no guarantee for this current week for me also.

It is pretty weird.

Contacting with supports , but those guys just copy and paste something bla bla bla, which is not related to my question . WTF

Got Boost this week but the promo is only for LA Core and not available for LA County.

So it is kind of a yes (LA Core) and no (LA County) unless someone else has different info? .

Uber brain trust just floating out different promos to see what works for them, how many Drivers will keep driving to meet whatever coverage thresholds Uber has?

Just got to tweak our drive/no drive, Uber or Lyft, People vs Packages/Food, TNC vs Other Work, Work vs Extended Breaks . personal strategies once again.

They're winding up the incentives slowly but surely. They will help us earn more with rate cuts soon to increase demands and push all completion to the ground.

if i were you, i would keep doing 75 more rides every single week to see what happens. If by the 3rd-4th week you are still getting bent over, you might have a real case.

don't fall for the trap of 30 bux guaranteed and 1.5 trips. They might test to see if you just do the minimum and then hide out for nothing, so don't do that. do they want to see if you get off the roads for a week and then offer you another good incentive the following week? who knows.

if i were you, i would keep my focus, do the same things that you were doing when you did 95 rides and pretend you are still on platinum to see where it takes me for the next 3-4 weeks.

But we are running out of summertime people. It's a brand new ballgame at the end of august when schools start and especially after labor day.

I just figure that way more people are going to need rides and we'll see about the incentives.

The way i think of everything as far as uber goes is that they are the bookmakers/casinos. They know the exact times and dates where everything is going to happen just like casinos and sportsbooks know exactly how to set the lines because they know how the public will bet and always end up making a profit in the long run.
