My account was put on hold 6 days ago with a message saying that there is an issue with a recent trip according to a rider report. I have no idea what it might be. I replied back to that message and stated that I have no idea about the situation and I had no negative experience with any of my riders. In the first message they said that i will be contacted soon but I haven't received any revert yet. Call support cannot do anything about it. Do you have any suggestion what I can do to have them contact me ASAP?
