    Taxi companies benefit from those programs/preset relationship with counties and programs (driving ppl to appts and back ) and even more (autistic kids driven thru a program at several campuses in LA).

    Think Uber is seeking to compete and take over that last piece from the Taxi companies.

    Get ready to haul some wheelchairs and see special vans with patient/wheelchairs.
