Lyft Plus Fares?


New Member there have been a few fares lately where I needed to open up the back row of seats to accommodate 6 passengers. When I wrote to support last night they explained that the app will reflect the type of fare that it was, and it will indicate Lyft Plus if that was requested by the fare.

What if it wasn't requested and you show up and there's 5-6 people to transport. I don't see anything in the app to correct the fare to reflect that there were 6 passengers.

Is your car registered as a Plus vehicle? Do you get Plus fares as well? Maybe they don't know that your car has a 3rd row?

Either way, you should be able to just email them with the trip info and details and they will change the rate to Plus, but you have to do this within 24 hours of the ride. So either that night when you get home or first thing in the morning. After a certain time period they can't change the rate.
