I'm not really driving too much because it's Aug. and Sept. but last week I had 6 rides, all rated 5 stars. Yet my average star rating went DOWN!!! Along with tips on how to improve like: Starting/Ending Trips On Time, City Knowledge and Professionalism. What da bleeeeeeeeep!!!! Anybody ever had that crap happen to them??? I e-mailed UBER for an explanation aaaaaaaand..... you guessed it! Canned, robotic response!!

The fact that you care means they've already won.

I heard if your rating goes down too low, they can terminate you

I have a thought on the lowering rating. Is it possible that 5 stars ratings that were made like 101 days ago are dropping off and you're seeing a slight hit from that?

I don't know the actual measurement metrics for how many most recent reviews are weighed, using 100 days as an example

It's simple you lost more 5 stars then you gained
